Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician.
The role covers installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.
The technician must respond effectively to breakdowns and technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC electrical and mechanical faults.
- Service and repair split, package, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, and other HVAC systems.
- Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, fans, filters, thermostats, and controls.
- Identify system faults and complete necessary repairs efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient HVAC operation.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant HVAC experience is required, preferably in the Gulf.
- Strong HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience is required.
