Core Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC, chiller, cold room, and refrigeration installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Lead and manage technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality work execution.
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for chillers, cold rooms, walk-in freezers, and refrigeration systems.
- Monitor compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, pumps, and refrigeration controls.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and repair of chiller and cold room system breakdowns.
- Ensure refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and system performance checks are completed properly.
- Inspect completed work and verify operation within required temperature and pressure parameters.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and other trades during site operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Identify technical issues and guide technicians in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ensure work complies with safety standards, project specifications, and company procedures.
- Manage manpower, tools, materials, and equipment required for HVAC and refrigeration work.
