Role Overview
Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate project execution across subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.
Site Execution
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor civil, architectural, finishing, and interior fit-out works.
- Coordinate different trades to support smooth project execution.
Quality and Technical Control
- Inspect the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Review construction and interior fit-out drawings.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
Progress and Quantities
- Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
- Take site measurements and assist with BOQ and quantity estimation.
Requirements
- Ability to supervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
