Reavera is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Representative with knowledge of the Jeddah and Western Region markets and hands-on experience in HVAC contracting projects.
The role combines sales capability with technical HVAC understanding and covers installation, execution, and contracting solutions beyond product supply.
Location and work activity
- The position is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and requires regular client meetings, project visits, and site visits.

Candidate requirements
- At least five years of HVAC sales experience and at least two years of proven sales experience in Jeddah or the Western Region.
- Strong background in HVAC contracting, including installation, execution, and contracting solutions rather than only product or equipment supply.
- Good technical understanding of VRF, DX, and split systems and strong knowledge of the Saudi HVAC market and its key players.
- Proven ability in lead generation, business development, client acquisition, communication, negotiation, and closing.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate technical and commercial offers.
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems to manage opportunities and quotations.
