Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for an HVAC Inside Sales / Lead Qualifier.
  • Key responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying potential leads, managing and nurturing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and liaising with technical teams to address client needs.
  • The role involves engaging with clients to identify their HVAC requirements, troubleshooting initial queries, and promoting UNITED HVAC’s services effectively.
  • You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and optimal service delivery.
  • Responding instantly to incoming leads
  • Qualifying prospects
  • Booking high-quality appointments for field sales reps
  • This role does NOT close deals. it feeds the revenue engine

1. Lead Response (CRITICAL)

Call new leads within ≤ 5 minutes (Phone, WhatsApp, SMS, Follow up multiple times if no answer)

2. Lead Qualification

Use a structured script to confirm:

Type of property (villa, apartment, commercial), Problem (installation, replacement, maintenance), Budget range, Urgency level, Decision-maker availability

Only pass qualified leads to closers

3. Appointment Booking

Schedule site visits for sales reps, confirm: (Exact location, Time window, contact person, Send WhatsApp confirmation)

4. CRM Management

Log every interaction.

Update lead status: (New, Contacted, Qualified, Booked, No show, Maintain clean pipeline

5. Follow-Up System

Re-engage: Missed calls, Old leads, Minimum 5–8 follow-ups per lead

Qualifications

  • Technical proficiency in HVAC systems, and preventive maintenance procedures
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
  • Familiarity with sales processes, lead qualification, and client engagement
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Experience in the facilities management or HVAC industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
