This diversification in activities and geography pays off by reducing our risk exposure Job Description: Why This Role Matters The HVAC Foreman supervises and executes daily HVAC maintenance activities at the STP, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and as per maintenance plans. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for directing technicians and completing assigned work. What You’ll Drive Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems in the STP plant Assign and monitor daily work for technicians, ensuring quality and timely completion Troubleshoot faults and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with PM schedules, PTW, LOTO, and safety requirements Conduct routine inspections and monitor system performance Coordinate materials, update CMMS records, and report daily activities Work with other disciplines and maintain proper housekeeping and safe work conditions Qualifications: You’re a Great Fit If You Have Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering Minimum 5+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role, preferably in STP or industrial plants Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation) in operational environments Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and manuals Experience using CMMS for maintenance planning and reporting Good understanding of PTW, LOTO, confined space, and HSE requirements Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and team coordination skills Ability to work in plant conditions and handle emergency breakdowns efficiently Why You’ll Enjoy Working with Us Competitive Benefits Positive Workplace Culture Opportunity to work with a leading international construction group Exposure to large-scale, high-impact projects in the Middle East Collaborative, diverse, and professional work environment Career growth and development opportunities Additional Information: A career at BESIX is a lot more than just a job, it's about being part of our changing and innovative world.
