- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize HVAC systems across client facilities (HVAC Engineer)
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose system faults, ensure equipment reliability and energy efficiency (HVAC Engineer)
- Manage operation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of civil assets including buildings, roads, pavements, drainage systems (Civil Engineer)
- Plan preventive maintenance, supervise repair works, conduct condition assessments (Civil Engineer)
- Monitor operational and maintenance costs, prepare budgets, analyze expenditures (Cost Control Engineer)
- Prepare cost reports, track labor and material costs, monitor contract performance, support invoicing (Cost Control Engineer)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field (for HVAC Engineer)

Job Descriptions
- The HVAC Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of HVAC systems across client facilities.
- The Civil Engineer is responsible for managing the operation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of civil assets within facilities.
- The Cost Control Engineer is responsible for monitoring operational and maintenance costs, preparing budgets, analyzing expenditures, and supporting efficient resource utilization across O&M contracts.
Responsibilities
- HVAC Engineer: Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose system faults, ensure equipment reliability and energy efficiency, supervise maintenance activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Civil Engineer: Plan preventive maintenance, supervise repair works, conduct condition assessments, coordinate with maintenance teams and subcontractors, ensure compliance with quality, safety, and client requirements.
- Cost Control Engineer: Prepare cost reports, track labor and material costs, monitor contract performance, support invoicing, identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency while maintaining service quality.
