Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and service quality.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and productivity standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor usage, and coordinate the procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
  • Address and resolve guest or client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align housekeeping activities with overall operational objectives.
  • Prepare reports on housekeeping performance, staffing, and operational activities.
  • Stay informed on new cleaning technologies, materials, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as required to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fields.
  • 7-10 years in housekeeping or hospitality management roles
