Responsibilities
- Review HVAC design drawings, specifications, and project requirements for high rise building projects
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and other MEP disciplines
- Supervise HVAC installation works including chilled water systems, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, FAHU, ducting, piping, pumps, valves
- Prepare and review HVAC shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents
- Conduct site inspections and monitor installation quality and progress
- Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and architectural requirements
- Review and resolve technical issues, RFIs, and site related challenges
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing when required
- Assist in testing, adjusting, balancing (TAB), and commissioning activities
- Prepare inspection requests, method statements, and work completion reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and international HVAC standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3 8 years of experience in HVAC systems within MEP contracting companies
- Experience in high rise buildings, residential towers, hotels, or commercial projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP (preferred), HVAC design software, and MS Office
- Knowledge of UAE MEP standards and authority requirements
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications

- Prepare and review HVAC shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Ensure HVAC works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor installation quality and progress.
- Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and architectural requirements.
