HVAC Controls Project Manager

Create and maintain project plans covering scope, budget, timeline, materials, and resources.

Lead pre-construction planning. Define task scope, build schedules, and adjust for risks and roadblocks.

Procure and coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors to protect margins.

Review and execute work based on contracts, drawings, blueprints, scope documents, budgets, and sequences of operation.

Serve as the escalation point for project risks , requests for information, and change orders.

Communicate clearly with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Lead weekly internal and customer meetings and present project status and outcomes.

Ensure project delivery meets proposals, specifications, and customer expectations. Provide feedback to sales to improve accuracy.

Manage closeout activities: graphics, startup, punch lists, O&M manuals, as-builts, owner training, and warranty coordination.

Build relationships with customer site teams and support sales activities for repeat and new work.

Manage project cash flow, including progress billing, collections support, and resource planning.

Keep all project documentation current, accurate , and accessible.

Participate in monthly meetings with service department coordinating the completed project turnover to service with service sales and controls team lead , passing on vital information for parties to be included in training and better prepared for after warranty service request.

Perform other duties as assigned.
