Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems across hotel properties.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, cooling, and control system faults promptly.
- Inspect chillers, split units, cold rooms, and ventilation equipment regularly.
- Coordinate with hotel operations to minimize disruption during maintenance work.
- Maintain service records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems in hotel environments or for hotel equipment maintenance companies.
- Strong fault-finding experience across electrical, cooling, and control systems.
- Hands-on experience servicing chillers, cold rooms, split units, and ventilation equipment.
- Solid knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and health and safety standards.
- Technical certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical engineering.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Additional technical qualifications relevant to HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical engineering are a plus.
