Overview
The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and supporting talent management initiatives.
This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on HR experience, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and oversee daily HR operations and administrative processes.
- Handle all HR-related activities through government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Labor Office, Muqeem).
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Supervise performance management processes and periodic employee evaluations.
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Assist in training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll structure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and Saudi labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
