Operations cover receiving, cold storage, ripening, handling, and dispatch, with a focus on product integrity, food safety, operational reliability, and customer service.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Supervisor will manage day-to-day HR operations at the Jeddah site.

The role supports workforce requirements, employee administration, attendance, payroll inputs, performance processes, and labor compliance in a shift-based operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, transfers, and employee separation.
  • Supervise contracts, personnel files, attendance, leave, overtime, payroll inputs, and employee data accuracy.
  • Support performance management, probation reviews, disciplinary processes, grievances, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor requirements, internal policies, and relevant government platforms.
  • Guide the HR Specialist, assign priorities, review transactions, and maintain service standards for the site.
  • Prepare headcount, turnover, attendance, overtime, recruitment, and HR service reports for management.
  • Coordinate training, workforce communication, and employee-engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in warehousing, food, logistics, industrial, or other operational environments.
  • Sound knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and government HR platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with attendance systems, payroll inputs, HR documentation, and employee relations.
  • Strong Excel, HRIS, reporting, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic and working proficiency in English.
