Position Summary
Support employee relations monitoring, issue resolution, and follow-up.
Assist management and leadership with Human Resources matters.
Respond to employee and management questions about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Monitor recruitment processes for compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
- Disseminate information about employee relations, activities, personnel policies, and programs.
- Assist with logistics, administration, and scheduling for annual employee surveys.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
Workplace and Administrative Duties
- Follow company, safety, and security policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome guests and communicate with employees and others using clear, professional language.
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
- Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- No license or certification is specified.
