Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Staffing professional to join our team at Mary Agnes Manor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional service to our employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits administration
- Coordinate employee orientation and training programs
- Provide support with employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Staff scheduling
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situations
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
