Job Summary
The HR Specialist supports and executes human resources functions including payroll, employee relations, and compliance with Saudi labor laws.
The role supports smooth HR operations and contributes to a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
HR Operations
- Handle employee contracts, renewals, and documentation.
- Maintain HR systems and the employee database.
- Prepare HR reports covering turnover, attendance, and related metrics.
Payroll Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy before approval.
- Review payroll adjustments covering allowances, deductions, advances, absences, leave, and overtime.
- Reconcile attendance reports and accurately apply their impact on payroll.
- Coordinate with Accounting and Finance to review and approve payroll before disbursement.
- Follow up on salary transfers and ensure timely delivery.
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies or errors.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience with hands-on payroll experience.
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
