- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and performance records.
- Support employee relations and handle day to day HR matters.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist management in implementing HR strategies and organizational improvements.
- Follow up on employee performance evaluations, warnings, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong understanding of recruitment and employee relations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with HR documentation and personnel management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Job Overview
