Role Overview
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join its head office team in Dubai.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Hospitality or hotel industry experience is preferred.
- Strong experience managing employment processes, employee relations, and contracts.
- Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law, DIFC Law, and visa regulations.
- Experience with payroll processing and the Wage Protection System.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- Manage employment processes, employee relations, and employment contracts.
- Apply UAE Labour Law, DIFC Law, and visa regulations in HR processes.
- Process payroll and support Wage Protection System requirements.
- Maintain and use HRIS systems for HR administration.
- Maintain organized and complete HR documentation.
- Handle employee and HR information with confidentiality and professionalism.
