Client of Ethra Hr is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and candidate selection processes.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee relations and HR administration.
- Assist with payroll and benefits coordination.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR systems.
