Job Overview

  • The HR/Payroll Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, employee record maintenance, and HR administrative support, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labour Law and GOSI.

Payroll Processing & Administration

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and end of service benefits
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, GOSI regulations, and expatriate employment requirements
  • Prepare payroll journals for finance posting and reconcile payroll related accounts
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for management

HR Records & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records including contracts, personal info, attendance, leave, and performance documentation
  • Update HR systems with employee changes
  • Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, NOCs, and other HR documentation
  • Ensure employee records comply with internal policies and local regulations

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, offer letters, and candidate communications
  • Manage onboarding documentation and new employee orientation
  • Support expatriate visa and work permit processing
  • Assist with employee offboarding including final settlement calculations

Benefits & Leave Administration

  • Administer employee benefits programs including medical insurance, annual leave, sick leave, and statutory entitlements
  • Maintain accurate leave balances and process leave requests
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding enrollments and claims

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, Ministry of Human Resources regulations, and Saudization requirements
  • Prepare HR reports including headcount, turnover, overtime, and workforce localization metrics
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2 4 years of HR administration and payroll experience within Saudi Arabia
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI regulations, and Saudization requirements
  • Experience using HRIS and payroll systems; SAP HR or equivalent preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High level of accuracy, professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Experience with expatriate visa and work permit processes is an advantage
