- Manage end to end recruitment, including bulk hiring for projects, visa application processing, and onboarding/offboarding
- Ensure strict adherence to Qatar Labor Law, handling QID, medical checks, and governmental procedures
- Administer payroll, monitor employee attendance, and maintain accurate HR records using HRMS tools
- Act as the primary contact for employee grievances, maintaining harmonious worker relations
- Manage on site camp welfare and accommodation standards
- Implement performance appraisal systems and coordinate employee training and development programs
- Utilize ERP system modules to streamline HR processes, update employee databases, and generate accurate workforce reports
Requirements
- 7 10 years of previous experience in the construction or engineering sectors in Qatar is strongly preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of Qatar Labor Law and visa regulations
- Proficiency in English, MS Office, and computerized payroll systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Role Overview

Key Requirements
