- Lead smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Partner with management on workforce planning, engagement, and retention initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience in a similar generalist role
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Experience within a tech company, startup, or the wider startup ecosystem
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and strong ethical judgment
- Detail oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly
- Diplomatic, proactive, and genuinely invested in people

The Role
- This is a hands on, people first role at the heart of our HR operations.
- You'll own everything from recruitment and employee relations to contracts, onboarding, and HR systems, acting as the trusted point of contact for a diverse, multi national team.
