- Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution
- Provide accurate information about Beanz services, features, and processes
- Contribute feedback on recurring issues to help improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker
- Maximum age 27 years
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- Positive, can do attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be based in Al Ain
- Willing and able to work on site
- Comfortable using computers and basic digital tools
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people
