Role Description

  • Care Center Agent — Beanz
  • Location: Al Ain, UAE
  • Job Type: Full time, On site
  • Experience Level: Entry level / Fresh Graduates Welcome

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests through phone, chat, or other support channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist partner shops with day to day operational questions on the Beanz platform
  • Log, track, and escalate issues to the relevant internal teams when needed
  • Maintain a positive, helpful, and patient tone in every interaction, even under pressure
  • Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide accurate information about Beanz services, features, and processes
  • Contribute feedback on recurring issues to help improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Maximum age 27 years
  • Good command of English, written and spoken
  • Positive, can do attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — no prior experience required
  • Must be based in Al Ain
  • Willing and able to work on site
  • Comfortable using computers and basic digital tools (email, chat platforms, spreadsheets)
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people
