About the Role
RE/MAX Smart Concept is seeking an experienced HR Executive with 5-7 years of UAE experience to manage HR operations, payroll, employee onboarding, attendance, and PRO coordination.

Responsibilities
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems accurately
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement while maintaining payroll records
- Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, salary certificates, warning letters, and other HR documentation
- Handle complete employee onboarding and induction process for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and internal documentation
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and UAE Labour Law
- Coordinate with PRO team for visa processing, labour contracts, Emirates ID, medicals, renewals, and other government related documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company policies
- Support employee relations by addressing HR queries and providing day to day HR support
- Assist management in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace compliance matters
- Prepare HR reports related to attendance, payroll, employee records, and manpower updates
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR and administrative operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–6 years of HR experience in UAE market
- Arabic speaking is mandatory
- Strong experience in attendance management and payroll processing
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
- Experience in employee onboarding, HR documentation, and policy implementation
- Hands on experience working with PRO related processes and government documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Available to join immediately

Job Overview
- We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate should have strong hands on experience in HR operations, payroll management, employee onboarding, attendance management, HR policies, offer letter preparation, and PRO coordination.
- The candidate must have a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and should be able to handle end to end HR administrative functions efficiently.
