Role Description
- The Human Resources Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for overseeing HR operations that support a distributed, high performing leadership and technology focused organization.
- Day to day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting performance management processes aligned with organizational goals.
- The role involves partnering with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention in a global, virtual environment.

- Handle compliance with relevant employment regulations.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with a focus on conflict resolution, engagement, and communication.
- Candidates should possess experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback systems, and development planning.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, compliance, and best practices in diverse and remote work environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in remote, global teams and to support inclusive, non discriminatory workplace practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in HRIS and collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting technology or AI focused organizations is beneficial.
