Role Description
- The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full time, on site leadership role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing day to day operations and translating strategic objectives into effective execution.
- The COO will manage business planning processes, optimize operational workflows, and ensure that resources, systems, and teams are aligned with organizational goals.
- This role includes leading cross functional departments, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
- The COO will collaborate closely with senior leadership on budgeting, financial planning, and risk management, while fostering a culture of ethical leadership, innovation, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Planning skills, including strategic planning, goal setting, and execution oversight.
- Proven Operations Management experience, with the ability to design, optimize, and scale processes and teams.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop insights, and support informed decision making.
- Finance and Budgeting expertise, including managing budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities, with experience guiding diverse, high performing teams.
- Background in technology driven or AI focused organizations is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across senior and executive levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an asset.
