Part-time remote Human Resources Manager role supporting workforce management for a client.
The role addresses employee inquiries, maintains HR records, and supports compliance with labor regulations.
Compensation
- Payout is $10-$36 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, personnel files, and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding for employees.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with management on workplace issues and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in human resources or a related field is required.
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment law is required.
- Experience with HR information systems or databases is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion is required.
