Support workforce management for a client on a part-time basis.
Address employee inquiries, maintain HR records, and support compliance with labor regulations.

Compensation
- The payout is $10 to $36 per hour.
Job Type
- The position is part time.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with management to address workplace issues.
- Suggest process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in human resources or a related field is required.
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment law is required.
- Experience with HR information systems or databases is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion is required.
- Prior experience in a similar HR support role is required.
