Part-time remote HR role supporting workforce management, employee inquiries, HR records, and labor-law compliance.
The role requires prior experience in human resources or a related field.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Remote role with work-from-anywhere arrangements.
Compensation
- Payout is listed as $10-$36 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with management on workplace issues and suggest process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in human resources or a related field and in a similar HR support role.
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Experience with HR information systems or databases is preferred.
