The role is a part-time Human Resources Manager position supporting workforce management for one of the employer's clients.
The work involves employee inquiries, HR recordkeeping, labor-law compliance, and general HR support.
Location
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Payout
- The stated payout is $10–$36 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, personnel files, and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with management to address workplace issues and suggest process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment law is required.
- Experience with HR information systems or databases is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Prior experience in a similar HR support role is required.
