- Act as a trusted advisor and mediator for frontline restaurant staff during stressful new venue openings or operational turnarounds
- Manage employee grievances, interpersonal conflicts, and cultural resistance with high empathy

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding and visa processing to performance evaluations and offboarding
- Ensure all HR administrative processes (payroll data entry, leave management, attendance tracking) are executed flawlessly
- Maintain absolute compliance with local labor laws (e.g., MOHRE regulations) and internal policies
- Drive end to end recruitment for corporate roles and high volume F&B frontline staff
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure new restaurants are fully staffed and compliant ahead of launch
- Develop strong retention strategies to reduce turnover
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of comprehensive HR Generalist or HR Management experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or retail sectors
- Demonstrated ability to handle high stress situations and de escalate conflicts with empathy
- Strong practical understanding of full cycle HR operations and local labor laws
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail in contracts, payroll inputs, and compliance paperwork

Role Overview

- In this role, you will manage the full 360 degree HR lifecycle for our group.
- More importantly, you will act as the emotional anchor for our restaurant teams—guiding staff through periods of rapid change, resolving operational friction, and ensuring our people feel supported, heard, and valued as we implement new standards across our venues.
Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Change Management (The EQ Focus)
- Act as a trusted advisor and mediator for frontline restaurant staff (BOH and FOH) during stressful new venue openings or operational turnarounds.
- Manage employee grievances, interpersonal conflicts, and cultural resistance with high empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and highly motivated company culture that bridges the gap between the corporate office and the restaurant floor.
Key Responsibilities 360° HR Operations & Administration (The Logic Focus)
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding and visa processing to performance evaluations and offboarding.
- Ensure all HR administrative processes—including payroll data entry, leave management, and attendance tracking—are executed flawlessly.
- Maintain absolute compliance with local labor laws (e.g., MOHRE regulations), occupational health standards, and internal corporate policies.
- Build and maintain organized digital and physical employee records, ensuring audit ready HR documentation at all times.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Drive the end to end recruitment process for both corporate roles and high volume F&B frontline staff (waiters, line cooks, managers).
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure new restaurants are fully staffed, trained, and legally compliant well ahead of launch dates.
- Develop strong retention strategies to reduce the high turnover rates traditionally seen in the F&B industry.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years of comprehensive HR Generalist or HR Management experience, specifically within the Food & Beverage, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrated ability to handle high stress situations, de escalate conflicts, and guide employees through organizational change with empathy and firmness.
- Technical HR Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of full cycle HR operations (HR 360) and local labor laws.
- Administrative Excellence: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail in handling contracts, payroll inputs, and compliance paperwork.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to connect with everyone from executive leadership to entry level kitchen staff. (Bilingual in English/Arabic is a strong advantage).
