- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Role Overview
- Acting as the operational right hand to the Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business development initiatives, coordinating new project rollouts, and executing brand development strategies.
- This role requires a meticulous professional who excels at cross functional communication, keeping internal teams and external partners strictly aligned with project timelines and executive goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Tracking: Assist in the end to end planning, coordination, and tracking of development projects across internal venues and external consulting clients.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments to support Forka’s investment decisions and brand positioning.
- Cross Functional Management: Serve as the central point of contact to follow up with internal departments (Operations, Culinary, Marketing) to ensure tasks, deliverables, and deadlines are executed on schedule.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly with external partners, including suppliers, creative agencies, consultants, and landlords.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare high level reports, strategic presentations, meeting minutes, and actionable progress updates for senior leadership.
- Brand & Operational Growth: Support marketing rollouts, brand development initiatives, and operational improvement projects across the entire holding group.
- Documentation: Maintain impeccable, highly organized project files, contracts, and administrative records.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, project coordination, corporate administration, or marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the Food & Beverage, hospitality, or commercial real estate sector is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel (data tracking) and PowerPoint (presentation design).
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, rigorous organizational skills, and a relentless follow up capability. You must be comfortable managing multiple overlapping projects in a fast paced environment.
