- Proficiency in HR information systems, remote collaboration tools, and basic data analysis for HR metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast paced, remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM or equivalent) is an asset
- Experience in construction, insulation, industrial services, or a related technical sector is advantageous

Role Description
- The Human Resources Manager at Entreprise VENTURA Calorifuge Isolation Thermique Flocage will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, in a full time remote capacity.
- This role will design and implement HR policies and procedures that support compliance, organizational effectiveness, and a positive workplace culture.
- Daily responsibilities include managing talent acquisition processes, maintaining HR records, handling employee relations issues, and advising leaders on workforce planning and development.
- The Human Resources Manager will coordinate training programs, support health and safety initiatives, manage compensation and benefits administration, and ensure adherence to labor regulations.
- Collaboration with management, timely reporting on HR metrics, and continuous improvement of HR practices are core components of this position.
Qualifications
