- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll coordination
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning
- Analyze financial performance, track project costs, and provide reports and recommendations to leadership
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, coordinate with auditors, optimize internal controls
- Support strategic decisions related to investments, contracts, and risk management
Requirements
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, with experience in general ledger, reconciliations, and cost control
- Ability to analyze financial data, prepare management reports, and provide clear insights
- Experience implementing and maintaining internal controls, compliance processes, and audit coordination
- Advanced skills in financial and accounting software, as well as MS Excel and other productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage
- Experience in construction, insulation, or industrial services sectors in the GCC region is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work on site, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is beneficial

Role Description
- The Finance Manager role at Entreprise VENTURA is a full time, on site position based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Finance Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll coordination.
- This role will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, monitor cash flow, and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
