As our business continues to scale, we are looking for an experienced
Hr Manager
with a strong background in
real estate recruitment
to lead and elevate our talent strategy.
This is a key role for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of the UAE real estate market and has a proven track record in hiring high-performing brokers and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Partner with management on workforce planning and performance standards
- Oversee HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including Recruitment, Performance Management, and Employee Relations
- Proficiency in compliance with labor laws, policy development, and organizational governance
- Effective Communication, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution skills
- Experience in Training, Employee Development, and Building Workplace Culture
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as general administrative abilities
- Experience in a managerial HR role is preferred
- Familiarity with real estate industry operations is required
