Overview

  • Ahyan Real Estate is currently seeking a professional and well organized Receptionist / General Manager Personal Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
  • Manage front desk operations and appointments
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Provide administrative support
  • Maintain office organization and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Computer skills (MS Office, email)
  • Previous experience in Real Estate Receptionist / General Manager P. A is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
