Position Overview

  • The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of HR functions while acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team.
  • The ideal candidate will bring strong experience within the retail industry—preferably fashion retail—and possess a proven track record in organizational development, culture transformation, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and team leadership.
  • This role requires a highly visible and approachable HR leader who can effectively balance office based strategic responsibilities with regular visits to retail stores, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and frontline employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to strengthen and reshape company culture in alignment with business objectives and values.
  • Design and implement organizational development programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Drive change management initiatives and support business transformation projects.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement and employer branding strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across corporate and retail functions.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and succession planning requirements.
  • Enhance hiring processes, assessment methodologies, and onboarding programs to ensure high quality talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand within the retail market.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation reviews, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR related matters.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth.
  • Establish clear objectives and KPIs for the HR function.
  • Promote best practices and a service oriented HR culture across the organization.

Retail Partnership

  • Maintain regular engagement with retail store teams and management.
  • Conduct store visits to understand operational challenges, employee needs, and talent requirements.
  • Ensure consistency of HR practices and culture across all locations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong experience within the retail industry; fashion retail experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven expertise across the full HR spectrum, including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
  • Demonstrated success in driving organizational culture transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Experience managing and developing HR teams.

  • Fluent English is essential.

Work Structure

  • Approximately 80% office based and 20% field based, including regular visits to retail stores and operational locations.
