Role Overview

  • Our client is looking for an Advertising & Promotions Assistant Manager to join its Marketing Communications team in Dubai.
  • In this role, you will manage multiple marketing communication projects from planning through execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve the defined business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute 360° integrated marketing communication campaigns across digital, social media, above the line advertising, point of sale, and experiential marketing for assigned product categories and markets.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize influencer collaborations to maximize ROI and campaign reach.
  • Commission and manage marketing research projects to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Prepare, monitor, manage, and report marketing communication budgets and expenditures while ensuring accurate budget reconciliation.
  • Ensure brand governance by maintaining corporate identity, branding, communication standards, and advertising guidelines across all marketing activities.
  • Manage external advertising and media agencies to maximize campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize digital media buying performance.
  • Develop project schedules and ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities.
  • Plan and execute events, roadshows, and on ground activations while coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign execution, gather performance insights, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines, budgets, and project timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Media Buying or Advertising Agency is preferred. Experience in Marketing Communications within a technology company or another leading organization will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Display Network (GDN), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Audience Networks, and related analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, and Tableau.
