Responsibilities
- Plan and execute 360° integrated marketing communication campaigns across digital, social media, above the line advertising, point of sale, and experiential marketing
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize influencer collaborations
- Commission and manage marketing research projects to understand consumer behavior and market trends
- Prepare, monitor, manage, and report marketing communication budgets and expenditures
- Ensure brand governance by maintaining corporate identity and communication standards
- Manage external advertising and media agencies to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities
- Plan and execute events, roadshows, and on ground activations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a Media Buying or Advertising Agency preferred, or Marketing Communications in a technology company
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including GDN, SEM, Audience Networks
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, and Tableau
- Arabic language skills are an advantage

Role Overview
- Our client is looking for an Advertising & Promotions Assistant Manager to join its Marketing Communications team in Dubai.
- In this role, you will manage multiple marketing communication projects from planning through execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve the defined business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute 360° integrated marketing communication campaigns across digital, social media, above the line advertising, point of sale, and experiential marketing for assigned product categories and markets.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize influencer collaborations to maximize ROI and campaign reach.
- Commission and manage marketing research projects to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Prepare, monitor, manage, and report marketing communication budgets and expenditures while ensuring accurate budget reconciliation.
- Ensure brand governance by maintaining corporate identity, branding, communication standards, and advertising guidelines across all marketing activities.
- Manage external advertising and media agencies to maximize campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize digital media buying performance.
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities.
- Plan and execute events, roadshows, and on ground activations while coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign execution, gather performance insights, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines, budgets, and project timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Media Buying or Advertising Agency is preferred. Experience in Marketing Communications within a technology company or another leading organization will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Display Network (GDN), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Audience Networks, and related analytics platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, and Tableau.
