- Strong knowledge of Training, Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification such as SHRM CP or CIPD is a plus

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Dubai.
- The Human Resources Manager will oversee day to day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and alignment of HR policies with company objectives.
- Key responsibilities will also involve designing and implementing HR strategies, managing training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
- As a strategic partner, the HR manager will work closely with management to foster an engaging and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
