Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Minimum 5–7+ years of HR Manager experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed to support business operations.
Ability to travel independently to support multi-site locations.
