- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with HR information systems and common office software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Role Description
- The Human Resources Manager will oversee and coordinate HR activities for the EU India Digital Policy Dialogue secretariat, ensuring compliant, fair, and transparent people management practices.
- This part time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of on site presence and the possibility to work from home as agreed.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment and onboarding
- Maintaining personnel records
- Supporting performance management processes
- Coordinating contracts and HR documentation in line with organizational policies and local regulations
- Providing guidance on HR policies
- Supporting learning and development initiatives
- Promoting an inclusive, safe, and respectful workplace culture
- Collaborating closely with project leadership, finance, and administrative teams to align HR planning with project needs and timelines
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Experience with HR policies, labor law compliance (preferably in the UAE), and HR documentation, including contracts, records, and reporting.
- Skills in stakeholder management and collaboration, with the ability to work effectively with international and cross functional teams.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to prepare clear HR documents, guidelines, and internal communications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a project based environment.
- Proficiency with HR information systems and common office software (e.g., HRIS, MS Office or similar tools); experience in hybrid/remote work settings is an asset.
