- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical and policy related projects that support the EU India Digital Policy Dialogue, with a focus on evidence generation for digital health and related technologies
- Manage clinical trial or pilot timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant protocols, guidelines, and ethical standards
- Develop and maintain project documentation, monitor progress and risks, and prepare status reports and presentations for steering committees and partners
- Support research activities, contribute to study design and protocol development, and help translate clinical and research insights into policy relevant recommendations
Requirements
- Strong project leadership with demonstrated skills in Project Management and Clinical Operations, including coordination of multi stakeholder clinical or digital health initiatives
- Hands on experience in Trial Management and adherence to Protocol, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and close out of clinical trials, pilots, or observational studies
- Proven Research capabilities, such as literature review, data interpretation, and contribution to study design, reports, and presentations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cultures and disciplines in an international context
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, medicine, public health, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or clinical research certification is an asset
- Familiarity with digital health, health policy, or technology enabled clinical projects; experience with EU or international programs is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a part time, hybrid work environment

Role Description
- The Clinical Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical and policy related projects that support the EU India Digital Policy Dialogue, with a focus on evidence generation for digital health and related technologies.
- This part time role is hybrid, based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on site work and the option to work from home.
- Day to day responsibilities include managing clinical trial or pilot timelines, budgets, and deliverables; coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders; and ensuring compliance with relevant protocols, guidelines, and ethical standards.
- The role involves developing and maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress and risks, and preparing status reports and presentations for steering committees and partners.
