Responsibilities
- Lead organizational development, talent planning, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Support leadership development, employee relations, and the delivery of an effective HR operation.
- Provide insight, influence, and commercial understanding to improve people decisions.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen culture and position the organization as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- At least five years of progressive HR management experience is required.
- Experience in HR strategy, organizational development, and employee lifecycle management is required.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex, high-performance environment is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, relationship-building, and commercial judgment are required.
