Human Resources Manager responsible for shaping and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company vision and sustainable growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute HR strategies aligned with company vision and sustainable growth.
- Oversee recruitment processes and workforce planning to attract talent.
- Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and leadership.
- Develop performance evaluation systems and analyze data for recommendations to senior management.
- Enhance internal communication, manage disputes professionally, and conduct assessments to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Draft and update policies and procedures for compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Essential Skills
- At least four years of experience in human resources.
- Deep knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management capabilities with professionalism.
- Analytical and strategic thinking linking HR objectives to business growth.
