The role supports talent acquisition and long-term talent building across all departments.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
- Hire talent across intern, associate, and manager levels.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and social media.
- Screen candidates, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Share and manage candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Work with teams to understand hiring needs.
- Represent the company at industry and recruitment events.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- F&B or hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Strong strategic sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately.
Workplace
- This is a full-time, office-based role in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
- The role requires working in the office every day and collaborating closely with internal teams.
