- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience handling multiple open roles across functions
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
- Familiarity with MS Office
