Role Overview
Join Fundamental Hospitality as an entry-level HR Coordinator at the head office in Dubai.
Support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment while developing experience across different HR areas.
Responsibilities
- Support employee relations and coordinate directly with venue general managers.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Process visas and support WPS and payroll coordination.
- Manage employment processes and contracts.
- Provide general HR administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE; hospitality or hotel industry experience is preferred.
- Strong experience managing employment processes, employee relations, and contracts.
- Understanding of UAE Labour Law or DIFC Law and visa regulations.
- Experience with payroll processing, WPS, and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
