Position Information
The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, non-management position in the Human Resources department.
The position is located at The Pearl Island in Doha, Qatar.
Human Resources Administration
- Create and maintain filing systems and new employee personnel files.
- Create and type office correspondence using a computer.
- Distribute mail and track HR office supplies and forms.
- Answer phone calls and record messages.
- Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures.
- Maintain a clean, accessible, and well-maintained application area.
Employee Support and Records
- Respond to employee and management questions about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Inform HR management about employee-relations issues within the division or property.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records and information.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
General Standards and Duties
- Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
