Human Resources Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred)

Woodhaven Enterprises is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.

This position provides administrative and day-to-day support for HR operations and serves as a resource for team members and management.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.

• Assist with recruiting activities, including calling applicants and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and enter information into the HR system.
• Answer team member questions regarding benefits, payroll, company policies, and employee self-service tools.
• Prepare employment documents, reports, and other HR correspondence.
• Support benefits enrollment and annual open enrollment activities.
• Track attendance, corrective actions, and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
• Assist with employee events and engagement activities.
• Provide translation assistance and support effective communication with English- and Spanish-speaking team members.
• Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately.
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate's degree with Human Resources coursework, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• One to three years of experience in Human Resources, administration, customer service, or office support preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
