Role Overview
This is an entry-level HR role supporting day-to-day HR operations for the head office in Dubai.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Hospitality or hotels industry experience is preferred.
- Strong experience managing employment processes, employee relations, and contracts.
- Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law or DIFC Law and visa regulations.
- Experience with payroll processing and WPS.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations for the head office.
- Support employee relations activities.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Process employee visas and related requirements.
- Manage WPS activities.
- Coordinate payroll processing.
- Handle general HR administration.
- Work directly with venue general managers on HR matters.
